How many miles do I get with my rental?

There is no mileage limit at All Star Cars. However, drivers must stay within a 100 mile radius of Las Vegas. Should you need to drive outside the 100-mile radius, please discuss with our staff during the booking process.

Are there any guarantees?

All Star Cars will do everything in our power to provide you with the vehicle you reserve. From time to time, maintenance issues may arise that will require we offer another vehicle to you. In the unlikely event this occurs, All Star Cars will contact you ahead of the reservation pick-up time so we can discuss alternate arrangements to meet your satisfaction.

Are there any security deposits?

A security deposit is not required. However, All Star Cars requires a $500 reservation fee that will be applied toward your reservation total. The reservation fee enables our clients to upgrade or change their reservation to another available rental, should they elect to do so. As long as the rental change or upgrade is available and of equal or greater value, All Star Cars will do everything possible to accommodate the request. 

*Vehicles returned with minor scuffs and scrapes that are relatively inexpensive to repair will be billed to clients directly on the payment card used to make the reservation. Or, repairs will be paid under a full coverage insurance policy*. 

**Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.

Are there any taxes?

All Star Cars is required to apply the following State-mandated taxes: 8.325% Nevada State Tax; 10% Government Surcharge; 2% Clark County Rental Tax. 

Do you match competitor prices?

All Star Cars offers the best selection of exotic and luxury vehicle rentals at the best available rates in Las Vegas. 

Is there a military discount?

As a token of our appreciation for your service, all active and retired U.S. military personnel receive a 10% discount. 

What is the refund policy?

All Star Cars strictly adheres to a no refund policy for all cancellations, regardless of reason. However, we will rebook your reservation within a 30-day window of original reservation date for a $250 rebooking fee. We strictly adhere to this policy.

Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive at the time of pick-up will be allowed to transfer their rental to a different time slot based upon availability. The same $250 rebooking fee will apply. 

Are background checks required?

Never! All Star Car drivers simply need to provide proof of existing car insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a major credit card. 

*Note: International drivers may purchase insurance through All Star Cars.

Are there any group discounts?

Are there any speed restrictions or governors?

All Star Cars does not apply speed restrictions or governors to our vehicles. However, we encourage our clients to drive responsibly and adhere to all State and Federal laws during your rental period.

Are there penalties for late returns?

A minimum of $250 late fee will be applied to any rental 15 minutes late. Additionally any rental more than 1 hour late will be charged a half day rental fee

Are hourly rentals available?

Hourly rentals are available. However, the majority of All Star Car rentals are booked at half day or full day rental rates. Please contact us for additional details. 

What is the maximum rental period?

Most rentals have a maximum 7-day rental period. However, accommodations can be made should you wish to establish a longer rental period. Please contact our concierge staff to discuss your rental requirements.

Can I book a car for someone else?

Additional drivers may be added to your rental vehicle; however, reservations must match the name on the payment card.

Can I add an additional driver to my reservation?

Yes, additional drivers may be added to the reservation at the time of pickup. An additional driver fee of $250 per driver will be added to the final bill. 

Can I book car rentals online?

Yes. Our website uses a secure and encrypted online booking system for your convenience. Click here to book your reservation now.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes. Cash payments are accepted; however, to guarantee your reservation, you will need to secure the reservation with a $500 deposit using a major credit card. The credit car reservation can then be refunded at time of pickup.

Do I have to have a driver’s license?

Yes. All rental drivers are required to provide a valid driver’s license at time of pickup. 

Do I need to arrive early for pickup?

An early arrival is not required; however, it will add a short delay to your rental experience. Our check-in and vehicle walk-through takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Do you accept prepaid debit cards/gift cards?

All credit card payments must be made with a major credit card. Other forms of acceptable payment are determined by the discretion of All Star Cars management. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are always welcome at our showroom during normal business hours.

How much does it cost to rent a car?

An up-to-date pricing list based upon your vehicle selection is available for review on our inventory page.

How old do I have to be to rent a car?

All drivers must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking to reserve their rental.

Do your cars have GPS?

All All Star Cars are tracked by a GPS system. Removal and/or tampering in any way with any vehicle’s GPS system will result in a fine plus damages.
